Until recently, he served as Director, Organisation Effectiveness and Efficiency for two divisions of British Telecom in London. Previously, Lawton conducted independent consulting out of Auckland, New Zealand, led internal consulting efforts for MCI, and worked for external consultancies including McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA in general management from New York University's Stern School and a BA in sociology from Hamilton College.

Cameron Cegelske has been working as an HR business analyst for Smiths Medical for the past three years. He is responsible for the implementation, process development, design, configuration and testing of their global HR systems, ranging from Oracle HR, OrgPlus and several home grown systems to payroll systems and interfaces. He has eight years experience with Human Resources and HR systems across multiple industries. Prior to Smiths Medical, Cameron worked for Ingersoll-Rand's Climate Control Technologies division within the compensation and benefits department. In this and his current role, he has improved performance for many critical operations including ePayroll, HR systems, global headcount reporting, and overall organisational excellence within the human resources function.

Candler also held senior HR positions with Workscape and American Presidents Line. He is responsible for many ground-breaking projects including deployment of a 200,000-plus employee and manager and employee self service system at FedEx. In 2001 he led the development the world's largest employee portal at General Motors with 320,000 global users. Candler is also an award-winning author, speaker and former national board member for the International Human Resources Information Management Association.
