"Informatica was interested in obtaining a solution that would easily allow us to publish organisational charts to our company's intranet. We also wanted to make sure there was some level of security (limit printing, copying and saving). Our Human Resources team was already using OrgPlus 4 to create organisational charts internally, so we decided to investigate how the new version might better serve our needs. After seeing a demo of OrgPlus 5, we knew we had found what we needed.
Since installing OrgPlus 5, we have been using the automatic scheduler to update company-wide organisational charts on our intranet. With data extracted from our HRMS, we are able to make sure our employees have immediate access to the most up-to-date information. With the added "Profile" feature we are able to give them more information than just a name and title. And using the template functionality, we can easily add our company's logo and branding."
