HumanConcepts Introduces Modelling Software for Managing Organisational Change
Torquay - 30th November, 2006 - HumanConcepts, developer of OrgPlus, the industry-leading software for workforce modelling and intelligence, today introduced OrgPlus Enterprise 2.6.1, its newest solution, with web-based modelling capabilities to support workforce organisation and reorganisation.
OrgPlus Enterprise connects to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft and allows users to easily visualise and validate their workforce information, and provides an environment for analysis and planning of future workforce scenarios. Users of OrgPlus Enterprise can now create and analyse scenarios for changes in their workforce in a web-based environment.
Workforce modelling is becoming increasingly important as companies continue to struggle with the cost and complexity of organisational change. Organisations need the ability to view the workforce holistically. Once a company visualises and assesses the current structure, it is critical to be able to create "what-if" scenarios. The OrgPlus Enterprise Modeller can also be used to plan for significant organisational change, such as growth initiatives, spikes in retirement, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
