Leading Business Application Software Provider Signs HumanConcepts for Integration Partnership to Extend Workforce Planning Capabilities
Orlando, USA., -13th April, 2006 - This week at CUE, Lawson Software Inc.'s Conference and User Exchange, HumanConcepts announced a Complementary Partnership with Lawson that provides customers of both companies the convenience of combining HumanConcepts' best-in-class organisational charting and workforce modelling solution, OrgPlus, with the Lawson HCM software suite. This provides a unified, visual view of employee data stored in Lawson, with tools for modelling business scenarios and planning for change.
The Complementary Partnership extends the value of Lawson HCM software by allowing customers to create and maintain organisational charts directly from the Lawson database. OrgPlus assists decision-making in all aspects of the employee lifecycle management process, including hiring, development, succession planning, budgeting, compensation and benefits and workforce modelling. As a result of the partnership with HumanConcepts, Lawson's customer base will be able to set up their system to view critical employee data and communicate it across their organisation using OrgPlus.
