OrgPlus gives graphic appeal to SDMS' personnel software

SDMS, a provider of staff development and learning management systems, has integrated HumanConcepts' workforce modelling and intelligence software, OrgPlus, into its products.

With the integration, SDMS has released SDMS V Charting: OrgPlus Professional to provide organisational charts along with its products HRPersonnel and Staff Development. This is an optional module provided with connectivity kit, starter charts and support of SDMS.

HRPersonnel for Windows provides key elements of record keeping, administration and employee management. The Staff Development software includes course planning, event scheduling and day-to-day administration processes.

SDMS primarily supplies software to small businesses and the local government and education markets.

The integration of OrgPlus will enable the users of SDMS’ products to access employee information, organisational structures and directories in a graphical format through a web browser. Managers can plan workforce changes with the help of real-time information on the workforce dashboard provided by OrgPlus.

Organisations can as well plan workforce management tasks such as succession planning, skills development, budgeting for training and staffing, development of qualifications profiles and communicating a corporate employee directory.
