St Helen's College Selects OrgPlus® from HumanConcepts for Workforce Visualisation and to Deliver Establishment Control

OrgPlus has enabled HR staff at St Helen's College to automatically create accurate visual representations of the college's workforce structure. OrgPlus reads HR data directly from the college's HR management system, NorthgateArinso ResourceLink, allowing the college to monitor establishment control. Any grading or salary discrepancies across departments throughout the college are now clearly highlighted.

The solution provides a consistent format and methodology for visualising HR data which is quick and easy to use.
