How do I modify my chart title?
OrgPlus chart titles, headers and footers all appear on the Master Page. OrgPlus 5, 6,7 and 8 contain the Master Page view. OrgPlus 4 and previous versions did not have this feature. All free floating objects in older charts (such as headers or footers) are now placed on this Master Page. This creates a convenient place to edit headers, footers, page numbers, dates, etc. and have the changes carry through to all pages
Text boxes are free floating objects as well, and are also placed on the Master Page. Any text boxes that may have been in use on an OrgPlus 4 chart will now be found on the Master Page
To find the Master Page, please go to View | Master Page
Once you have completed your chart title edits you can return to your chart by selecting View | Normal

Why do my charts print so small?
OrgPlus automatically resizes created charts based on the number of boxes included, and the format (or styles), of the branches
One way to resize a chart is to change the style of the branches. This can be done by selecting all the boxes in one branch (either highlight them by dragging a box around the boxes, holding the 'ctrl' key and left-clicking on each box, or double-clicking one box in the branch), then going to Format | Chart Styles, or clicking the button on the bottom of the screen that looks like four yellow rectangles divided by a vertical line (2 rectangles on either side of the line; this is the Styles button) and choosing a chart style that optimizes chart space
Another method is to use Sub-Charting. Please see the FAQ section on Sub-Charting

How do I unlock OrgPlus while behind a firewall?
Sometimes the failure to complete the registration or unlocking process may be due to a Proxy server or firewall security feature located on the end users local network.
To complete the product registration/unlock process unplug the computer from the network before attempting to unlock OrgPlus (The network cable resembles a phone cable, only slightly wider). This will enable OrgPlus to bypass the Proxy server and move forward with the unlock process. Please be sure to plug the network cable back into the computer once this process has been completed
If you are unsure which cable is the network cable, please ask your IT staff for assistance. If OrgPlus will still not unlock, contact the OrgPlus Support Team at 1-415-332-3030 x. 3000.
