- Is our reseller agreement now with Administaff?
Not immediately. During our transition process your reseller agreement will stay in effect and you will continue to purchase OrgPlus through HumanConcepts.
- Is my reseller discount/margin still the same?
Yes, you will continue to receive the same discounts you have received in the past.
- Are my customers’ license agreements still in effect?
Yes. Your customers’ license agreements have been transferred to Administaff and all the terms in the original agreement still apply.
- Who should my customers contact for technical support?
During our transition process your customers will continue to contact HumanConcepts for technical support. While OrgPlus customers will still interact with HumanConcepts at this time, they will now enjoy additional benefits and continued improvements to the OrgPlus experience fueled by the expertise behind Administaff's line of business performance improvement software solutions. You and your customers will be notified if there is any change in the procedure for requesting technical support.
- Where do I buy additional licenses?
You can continue to buy OrgPlus licenses by contacting OrgPlus channel sales representative at: +44 (0) 1392 823023.
- Will the product continue to be named OrgPlus?
Yes. With 20 years of brand recognition, Administaff does not plan to change the name from OrgPlus.
- Will Administaff continue to upgrade OrgPlus just like HumanConcepts has done?
Administaff plans to continue the development of OrgPlus. With the recent release of OrgPlus 9 in Sep 2010, OrgPlus 10 is set to begin the standard development track.
- Will the cost of OrgPlus change?
No. The cost of OrgPlus will remain the same.
- What will happen to my customers’ Support and Maintenance coverage?
If your customers have purchased OrgPlus Support and Maintenance, their coverage is still in effect. Your customers should continue to renew their plans to keep their Support and Maintenance benefits: free upgrades, technical support, discounts on training, and more.
- Is OrgPlus Training still offered?
Yes. We will still offer OrgPlus training. Visit our training page to learn more.
- My company currently resells OrgPlus Enterprise. How are we or our customers impacted?
There will be no changes for OrgPlus Enterprise resellers or customers. HumanConcepts will continue to own, support and develop OrgPlus Enterprise. You should continue to contact HumanConcepts for sales and support for organisations with greater than 1000 employees.
